Enjoy the beauty of a tropical Island in comfortable modern cottages in the shades of the mountains + only minutes away from famous Muri beach. Hike the mountains, wander in the valleys, swim and snorkel, scuba dive or paddle board in the turquoise waters of the lagoon or simply relax and enjoy Little Paradise.

The three family friendly cottages have a comfortable airy bedroom with queen sized bed, louvre windows and fan, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer, microwave, cook top, toaster and kettle, a seating area, a TV, and a private modern bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. All towels are provided as well as bathroom essentials.

A full breakfast with added tropical delights and fresh eggs from our chicken is served 3 days/week to make you fit for your exciting day. You will find your fridge filled with homemade jams, fresh eggs, butter, bread, milk and sugar. Catering for special dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, lactose free etc) is possible.

The covered outdoor sitting area is perfect for BBQs, inviting friends or having meals.
Guests are welcome to use our bicycles for free as well as snorkel equipment.

The Supermarket KAPS, the Bus stop and “Vili’s Burger Take away” are 300m down the road. . Muri Beach with its restaurants and Night market is 2.5km away.

The nearest airport is Rarotonga International, 8 km from JO’s Farmstay. Paid airport transfer will be organized on request.

Rooster Cottage

Comfortable farm cottage with double bedroom, living area, kitchenette and modern walk in shower bathroom. Fully screened louvre windows and fans in all rooms. Baby cot/kids bed possible. Private veranda with fantastic mountain views.

Hibiscus Cottage

Our latest addition features a modern double bedroom, homely living area, TV, fully equipped kitchenette, private veranda with relaxing views to the mountains, fully screened louvre windows, fans, and walk in shower in modern bathroom. Foldout sofa in living area, Baby cot on request

Gardenia Cottage

Your welcoming island stay away from home. The modern 2 bedroom Farm cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing Family holiday: A bedroom with 2 single beds, a main bedroom with queen sized bed, modern bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette with gas cooktop, microwave & fridge-freezer, living area with sofa, TV, DVD player, well sorted book shelf. All sheets and towels are included; guest washing machine available.

The cottage works best for a family of 2 + 2. A baby cot can be added. There is a sofa in the living area.

Full Breakfast is provided on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. For all other days (except Sat) we will provide some local “goodies” like fresh croissants or home baked local doughnuts, subject to availability.

The private Veranda is perfect for Sunrise Breakfasts and Dinners. The Gazebo invites to relaxing evenings. Have a look at this amazing night sky!

Standard rate: $134/night
(charge for 2 adults, additional adult +$12.50/night. Kids up to 12yo no extra charge. For stays less than 3 nights a $45 Cleaning fee applies. Prices apply to direct bookings only)

Rooster Cottage

Comfortable 1 Bedroom Farm Cottage, modern living area, fully equipped kitchenette with Fridge/Freezer, microwave, kettle, double hotplate, private veranda with dining area, modern bathroom, walk-in shower. All sheets and towels are included; guest washing machine available.

The cottage is equipped for 2 adults. One additional guest is possible on fold out sofa in living area. A Baby cot can be provided.

Spacious covered outdoor sitting area extends your living space conveniently. Have a BBQ or invite friends for a shared lunch or dinner.

Full Breakfast provided on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. For all other days (except Sat) we will provide some local “goodies” like fresh croissants or home baked local doughnuts, subject to availability.

Located next to Hibiscus Cottage – perfect for 2 couples travelling together, but still wanting the privacy of their own home.
